Project Details

The Lakeland Highlands Middle School project was a 61 day project retrofit of existing Direct Digital Control system that included 2 130-Ton Chillers, 3-Pumps, 6- Air Handling Units, 80-VAV Boxes and multiple perimeter equipment. The new Honeywell Bacnet Controls were interfaced to a campus wide server located in the main administration building using the Lakeland wide area network. We also retrofitted and re-commissioned their existing fire alarm system.
